Anyone have a good salsa recipe to share?
My tomato plants went crazy this year and I don't want them to go to waste.

TIA

....that sounded very interesting. The slow roasted tomatoes can be saved in the fridge.

2. Basic fresh salsa
is cored, seeded, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, minced hot peppers, and lime juice. Everything else is a variation on these ingredients.

I would reduce the amount of hot pepper if you're planning to can the salsa as the heat tends to increase over time.
