'member all that talk of a temp alarm on freezers?
Our new one - cheap though it is - has one! When we bought it (never saw it in the flesh, only in a catalog) we didn't know. When it got here today, imagine our surprise! A visual and audible temperature alarm that works even when the motor fails or it loses freon. It sounds the alarm at a temp of 23F.

That reminds me that I should go downstairs and test my alarm just to make sure it's working.
