This is a great recipe for those who like something different to do with fresh fruit. I'm not a big fruit or fruit cocktail fan, but this is delicious and easy to do and not full of sugar or syrup. :9
3 cups diced cantaloupe or honeydew melon (I used mango)
1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar (I used sweet green tea)
1/2 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (I used agave nectar)
2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced, peeled and pitted peaches or plums (I used pears)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup quartered strawberries or fresh raspberries
Process the first six ingredients in a blender until smooth. Combine the mixture with the diced peaches, blueberries, and strawberries on a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

1. Now that's a fruit bowl! |

The fruit soup would work with fewer varieties too -- a great recipe for using whatever's bountiful at the moment.
