Anyone have a quick recipe for French toast? I know it involves eggs and toast somehow, but I'm kind of a dumbass when it comes to breakfast foods.

1. Simplest thing in the world |

Scramble eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Dip bread. Pan fry in butter. (I use three eggs for four slices of bread)
Seriously, some people will tell you to add milk or cream to the eggs. Some people sprinkle cinnamon on the bread as it cooks, rather than putting it in the eggs. Some people will tell you to bake it in the oven. Some people will tell you to use thick slices and let it soak until its soupy. And on and on.....
There are a million ways to do it, but my first sentence is the basic concept. Once you get that down, then play around with it and see which you like best.

We had this at a Bed & Breakfast in Port Townsend, Washington once.. it was awesome.
Use day-old French bread. Mix a few eggs and some orange juice dip & fry like usual Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
