How about a spicy salmon salad recipe?
There was a time the cafeteria at my work that served a grilled salmon salad. It was so so tasty. Does anyone have a grilled salmon recipe?

1. My sister makes a great Maple salmon
You marinate the salmon filet in a half cup of maple syrup, two tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 or more cloves of garlic, then grill or bake it.

My family also likes Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning, just sprinkle it on and bake, broil or grill.

soy sauce
honey
ginger
garlic (on edit: I cheat and use garlic powder, shhh)
sesame oil
sherry

All to taste. Marinate & bake (spooning more sauce over it during baking) or grill.

3. Grilled
I slather the salmon with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with dried dill to prep it for grilling. Then, before serving, I squeeze fresh lime juice on the salmon. Not too spicy but the fresh lime gives it a kick.

5. No marinating
I just put them on the grill, brush on the mayo and sprinkle on the dill. Turn over and do the same. It melts in and flavors the fish. The mayo is just a substitute for oil and it has its own unique flavorings in there. I use Hellman's or Best Foods - same thing. But if you wanted to marinate the fish in the mayo and dill, it would be great. Probably even better! Sometimes I marinate chicken in different kinds of salad dressings before baking in the oven. They all work out, even the mayo based ones.
