What a wonderful accompaniment for Pad Thai |

Any *really* fruit forward bubbly, somewhere in the Extra Sec to Brut range. We made a hot, but not eye watering shrimp Pad Thai tonight. Our neighbors and us. a big dish of Pad Thai and two bottles of bubbly. Our final holiday do. Started at about 5.30 and everything was cleaned up and done with by 8.30.

Will try to remember next time I have Pad Thai.
ps, been ordering Moo Shi Vegs instead of Pork etc. Like the vegs a lot.
