Try This Recipe For Thanksgiving Cranberries |
|
It's really good:
1 pound fresh cranberries 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 & 1/2 cups of sugar dash of cinnamon 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (1/2 of the large bag) 1 cup whipped cream ( you can add another 1/2 cup sugar if you want)
Cook cranberries according to package direction, adding 1 & 1/2 cups sugar & dash of cinnamon To cooked cranberries, add the nuts, the drained pineapple, the marshmallows, stir well. Let cool completely in refrigerator. Whip the cream and fold into the cooled cranberries.
I've doubled this & it turns out great.

3. It's addictive and fluffy |
|
serve with your dinner, not as desert. Yes, the teeth thing is bad, but you only do this once a year.
