Anyone have a recipe for make ahead gravy? |
|
I was at the doctor's office and read a recipe for gravy that you make a day or two in advance. I didn't copy it down because I assumed I could find it on the internet. I haven't found it. Does anyone know how to do this?
I bought two turkey wings (very inexpensive) and I'm roasting them with onions and garlic. I think I'm supposed to take the drippings and add flour. Add the meat and vegetables. Whisk it together and then strain it. I don't remember all of it.

1. Do you recall what the magazine was? |
|
If so, see if they have a website. Most mags that have websites will have a "Search" function or in this case perhaps a "Recipe" section. Give it a try, it has worked for me before.
