Looking for a webhost with ready to go blog software

I'm putting together an informational website that will be updated frequently and needs to let the users post their own comments in a threaded fashion -- a blog seems like the ticket. Instead of taking the time to set up everything myself, is there a good blog host out that will do all that and let me use a custom domain name?

can't guarantee they provide existing blog software but they seem to offer all kinds of things so they might be worth checking out ...
