I have used it for almost two years. It is so user friendly and is kept updated.

I really need it this week, and I sent an email to their support system this afternoon. There was a question on which restore function to use. My main computer apparently has a fan about to go, and I wanted to get my mail to my 2nd computer.

Within two hours I heard back, on a Sunday, day after New Years. He gave complete directions, and also let me know the copy on the 2nd computer was free under my original license.

It is such a good program, my computer tech here bought a copy and uses it a lot. I think we should alway recognize good service and caring as we get it so seldom anymore.
