help fm on car won't stay on a station strong - clicks in and out

stay on - and maybe that is normal - but all of a sudden on my drive from Florida to richmond last night the FM died as far as a regular signal - I don't know if it happened right away - I didn't have to do seek until I was alway from orlando -

so what can it be - I went to the car guide and didn't see anything I might have accidently hit and changed

pt cruiser with am/fm cd player - suggestions needed

not sure where to post this

Thanks

2. What year is the car?
Check your warranty.

It could be the antenna connection. If you can remove the unit, check the big black cord in the back. Make sure it's secure.

If it's a newer car (not too old), check with your local Chrysler dealership/service department.
