I'm thinking this to be a simple fix but I can't seem to figure it out

Would someone please help. When I want to go to a link that someone may post here in DU I have to use my right button and then click open rather than just picking on it like I used to be able to do. I'm sure it is something I have improperly done that causes this but for the life of me I can't find what it is nor figure out how to change it.

1. have you eliminated the left mouse button as a Hardware issue?

I recommend first going to control panel and checking out you mouse, double click speed, verify the settings haven't been mangled, etc.

If it looks fined, or if doubleclicking the left button works elsewhere, then what browser are yo using?
