Any experience with brothersoft.com?

I was looking to purchase Paint Shop Pro 7, and came upon this website which appears to offer the download for free. I did a quick Google search and didn't find any negative reviews of the site in general, but I'm hesitant to click the download for fear something malicious may be going on.

Any feedback is appreciated regarding this site.

1. Difference in terminology...

'Download for free' does not mean free software. It simply means you can download a program, usually a time limited trial or crippled in function for free. Big deal.

There's a lot of good freeware out there, but generally not on the Brothersoft site and I don't have a high opinion of them at all. If you are after something truly free that does the same job, check out The Gimp http://www.gimp.org/ or Paint.net http://www.getpaint.net/

..but give Brothersoft a big miss.
