Stupid question time again. |

I have a file that ends in .tif (opens in paint or windows picture) it is for an ad to run in the local alt weekly, but they want it as a pdf.
How do I change it? or do I have to print and scan or some strange thing like that?

download the cutepdf printer driver (and whatever file it needs--it tells you when you install) and then you can print directly to a pdf file from any program.
