One wrong click and I have "IE Antivirus" on my computer

Yeah, I know, I should be using Firefox instead of IE. Downloaded it. I've been trying to remove it manually and even though I have taken the files off, I still have an error message popping up when I open a new page in IE.

3. I deleted them and one of the error msgs disappeard

and then in the box its recommending to buy antispyware to fix this Trojan.
