Fax software for Windows. I have a friend who, for whatever reason
wants to install fax software on his windows box. I only know OSX and Linux, so I come to you hat in hand for help.

Freeware and idiot proof if possible.

I've been using it on my Windows computer for about 2 years now without problems. It is pretty cheap - $30, has features like filters to prevent spam, etc., and the developer is constantly upgrading it.
