Help! I'm under attack from malware

This is freaky. My toolbar is appearing and disappearing, websites are being redirected and Adaware is being attacked.

The malware seems to be "virtumonde"

What can I do to get rid of it?

Note: it won't even let me spell "adaware" properly

I had it a while back and the first removal tool I used said it was gone, but it wasn't. Won't do any harm to scan more than once with different tools.

This looks fairly simple. The malware attacks almost any scaninng software, so it probably won't see this coming from a website
