Help! I'm under attack from malware |
|
This is freaky. My toolbar is appearing and disappearing, websites are being redirected and Adaware is being attacked.
The malware seems to be "virtumonde"
What can I do to get rid of it?
Note: it won't even let me spell "adaware" properly

I had it a while back and the first removal tool I used said it was gone, but it wasn't. Won't do any harm to scan more than once with different tools. http://www.f-secure.com/sw-desc/virtumonde.shtml

This looks fairly simple. The malware attacks almost any scaninng software, so it probably won't see this coming from a website
