Put your "web development for dummies" hat on, please :)
If one has a website that has been custom created using PHP/mySQL, and suddenly has no editor or CMS in which a newbie can DO anything with that said website, what do you recommend as the most newbie-friendly way to get the script into a form that the user can work with it?

I see that Bluehost supports PHP/mySQL but I'm stuck at the stage of how do I get this blob of script/coding into a form that I can actually do something with. LOL. Oy.

In a perfect world, I'd have money to pay someone to do this -- but it's a less than perfect world. Far far less. LOL.

Is Dreamweaver really the easiest program for a newbie?

:)
