Burning a DVD / CD...help please

I have a DVD writer / CD writer combo and a CD rom on my computer.

How do I transfer the following from the website to a DVD / CD?

What kind of media (disk) should I buy?

I couldn't find where to "download to disk from webpage".
Which site would work better?
What does the "encoding" signify? Does it require resetting anything?

I can't watch this because I'm on dial up. Keeps buffering and pausing. If downloaded to disk, could it be played on one's DVD player through the TV?

1. 404 error

The site owner probably exceeded his bandwidth, so there's nothing on those pages now.

But for future reference, right click on the first "overcast" link, select "save link as" and save it to hard disk. Then transfer it to a CD.
