A week ago last Sunday, for the second time, I e-mailed PCTools, using their own Help message system for help to get rid of a flashing Runtime error 26 message, which appears when I try to download from sites (though not all sites); and can only be stopped by rebooting.

I was supposed to hear back from them within two working days. Still no word from them. Do they want me to use their premium phone line, I wonder?

I noticed that they also claimed to work round the clock, 7 days a week. Yet when I tried to phone them "out of hours" on their premium line, I got a message to say that that they only worked 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

If anyone can throw some light on on any of these matters, I'd be very grateful.
