Suggestions for a WEBCAM?

I'm looking into getting webcams for my parents and my brother for xmas. It only needs to do video chat, so a GOOD camera isn't needed (cheaper the better). Just something usb that works well with minimal setup. We'll probably be using AIM (since I use iChat on a Mac).

1. I have Logitech webcams.

I bought the two-pack they were selling at Circuit City, one for me and one for my son. I think they're about $30 apiece. Then later, I got a Logitech notebook cam that sits on the top of my notebook screen, since there was no good place to put the regular model. All of them seem to work just fine with good pictures. My son is a Marine stationed in Japan and unfortunately only has dialup in the barracks so the video is painfully slow. But when he was getting online at the computer lab with dsl, he said our video looked great.
