Another Firefox question
I had been using version 0.9, and just installed the most recent, version 1.0 software.

I notice that my followed links aren't changing colour. Should be BLUE until clicked, then VIOLET. They stay blue.

Anyone else seeing this?

2. Answer
First, go to Tools, Options, and click the Fonts & Colors button. Right middle, you should see the color selections for visited and unvisited links. If the colors are right, try refreshing the screen you are on and see if the colors change....you could just be looking at a page that was cachd before you viewed the link.

4. Aren't there some problems with upgrading from 0.9 to 1.0?
1.0 was my first installation of FireFox and I don't notice any problems. I seem to remember reading about some bugs with the upgrade. Some people had to completely uninstall 0.9 before loading 1.0.

My pet peeve: Scrolling

I like to open a link in a new tab and use the keyboard PageDown button to scroll. But FireFox makes me click on the page first (to locate the cursor, I guess). Annoying. My other machine does not seem to have this problem. It may have be due to one of the extensions I downloaded. Anybocy else experience this?

5. Update: fixed my scrolling pet peeve
In Options > Advanced > Accessibility I unchecked the box "Move system caret with focus/selection changes." Hurray!
