I looked it up but don't really understand it. I keep getting hit, Zone Alarm is stopping it but it looked like it was not difficult for it to re route itself?
Anyone have any help on this?
Thanks

1. It isn't clear to me why you are focusing on ARP |

It would seem that you have Zone Alarm istalled as a firewall and it is detecting something, I am guessing some unknown IP is probing various ports?
In any case a successful ARP based attack requires local access to your network. If you connect to the internet through a router be sure to employ its built in firewall in addition to Zone Alarm. Doing this should prevent a hacker gaining the network access they need to carry out an ARP poisoning attack. As far as them probing ports though, forget it. You are going to get that all the time. They aren't focusing on you specifically (probably), just probing randomly.
I'm no expert on this sort of hack, but that's how I understand it.

there is someone on the network who has an unusual interest in my e mail, I won't go father than that. I keep getting hit by the same IP, like every 10 minutes or more often so I started looking around. I found that and wondered if that put my security at risk. It is really not terribly important, there is nothing to be learned or gained by key logging me and then trying to get my e mail, nothing is there but it is the principle of the thing. I was curious is all. Thank you.
