help for a virus

my other computer has a trojan horse virus that Norton can't seem to get rid of, does anyone have a solution for me?

Look for the Trojan under the alphabetical index at the top of the page for further instructions. Sometimes it requires a few other steps besides just a virus scan to eliminate a bug.

2. I don't trust Norton.

I have AVG on my work computer (on the recommendation of people in
this forum), and I was so pleased with it, I installed it at home
as well. On the first check, it found 7 Trojan Horses that Norton
had failed to even identify, and removed them successfully.

AVG is free for home computers, so it might be a good idea to give
it a trial and see if it can eradicate the Trojan Horse.

3. What is the virus named?

They are all different, helping is lots easier if we know what we're dealing with.
