BEST inkjet printer out there? |
|
Looking to sell photos on an wide-format inkjet whose prints will last for decades.
There's the Epson Stylus Photo 2400 or the Canon p9900. Epson's costs rather more but uses 'pigment' inks. Canon's quality is said to be more vibrant but I can find nothing regarding longevity.
Do you have ay experiences with these printers?
Thx!

Looking for a wireless printer, maybe even one that faxes as well. It's been so long since I've bought a printer, I don't even know what all the new 6 color and the rest is all about.

a high-end inkjet should do, but make sure your using photo quality paper made for archiving. Kodak makes some good stuff, as does Agfa.
As for a regular printer, I really, really prefer laser printers. A wireless print server can be added to any printer for about $40-$70.
