Anyone willing to help a beginner w/ cut/copy/paste?

I would like to paste a copy of certain pictures on my postings from time to time. Every technique I try seems to fail. Obviously I'm doing everything wrong. What is the correct way to place a picture within your message? Thanks for helping.

1. You will

have to use a site like Photobucket. Save the pics you want on your computer . create and account on http://www.photobucket.com/ it's free. Open up photobucket click browse and locate the picture you want then click submit. You will then see your picture in photobucket. You will also notice 3 Tags under your picture. URL TAG IMG. Copy and paste the IMG address into your post on DU.
