Converting MIDI files to WAV or MP3 |
|
Greetings,
OK.. I can't believe this little problem is plaguing me so, but I am trying to convert one of those silly MIDI files to an MP3 that can be played in a regular CD player (a retirement gag for someone at work -- don't ask). I've found several sites that offer software to convert the files, but you have to pay $30 for the software, or if it's shareware/demo -- it will only convert 60 seconds of the song to an MP3, etc. etc. For some weird reason, I don't feel like spending money on a Ricky Martin MIDI file. Go figure.
If anyone can recommend FREE :-) software that will allow me to do this, or knows of some other way to convert, I'd appreciate it.
I have Nero, I thought I could use that..but nope.. Grr.
Thanks..
