| Google: same query, different location, different results. |

I'm trying to find out why identical Google queries return substantially different results on the West Coast vs. the East Coast.
Can anyone suggest a discussion group or other resource I can use to investigate this problem?

These results are through scroogle.org, which uses a proxy server to query google. Nephrologyusa.com shows up nowhere in top 100 listings.
