animal cruelty-please sign this petition

i posted a thread last week about a dog in my area who had been brutally tortured and left to die. She lost her battle and the man who so viciously attacked her was caught. PLease sign this petition to see that he gets the maximum punishment allowed for what he did. 1. I signed this petition a few days ago....

I made a comment to the effect that this "person" is no more fit for human society than he is to be around animals. I feel so heartbroken for poor Mercy and her family. :cry:
