2. Volunteering

I volunteer every Saturday at a no-kill kitty shelter. This is the best thing I've ever decided to do. Yes it's hard work, no it's not glamourous work (cleaning and scooping litter boxes, cleaning cages, etc.) But since I have such a huge love for animals, especially kitties, I've decided to give up one of my weekend days which is usually spent doing household chores anyways, to help those who can't help themselves.
How rewarding it is to do something you believe in and help out others. I recommend it to everyone. Find something you strongly believe in and just take ONE day out of your week, give your time to an organization who needs your help. You'll never regret it.

3. Volunteering.....

It is a very special feeling to help others...
I have been teaching computer skills through my local library for 4 years...

I'm going through Hospice respite volunteer training right now,
and will be doing Alzheimer's Association volunteer training soon.
