I know of the following:

in~La'Kesch = "I am another you"

and

Mitakuye Oyasin = "We are all related"

1. Namaste is the only one I know
and it's easy to remember ;)

Here's a good article on it and pronunciation. Unfortunately, the original isn't online through it's own site, so this is through the Internet Archive:

My understanding of the meaning of Namaste is, "The divine in me recognizes the divine in you."
