Years ago an astrologer came out with a set of 3 "astodice": planet, sign, house...been using them for years...they give like a quick and easy horary answer to specific questions and can be done over the phone...

Since we are all in a holiday mood, it might be fun to answer any questions that anybody has...the only conditions are-ask one question at a time-2 alternatives at the same time confuses them....yes or no is great...try not to give them "time"..."soon"..."later" seem to work... since the Higher Self is answering, be respectful and loving and see what happens...

I have a cert in HR and I have been doing metaphysical workshop stuff for years...I kind of want to take the two and create training and motivational speaking to take "on the road" regionally and do corporate workshops, etc...but with the twist of adding the concepts of community and supporting one another, rather than competition and survival of the fittest...

The bad news is that the next few weeks astrologically is the WORST possible time...Mars retrograde, Mercury retrograde, Saturn going retrograde, and two eclipses...you might be wise to wait until at least the end of January, and even that leaves mars and saturn retrograde...however, retrogrades can sometimes work out well if you have the same planet retrograde in your birth chart, so you might want to look further into that...it's hard to be patient sometimes and wait for the Universe's perfect timing...let your intuition guide you to the best window of opportunity...Good fortune to you!

Project #1...there is something about it that might scare people...maybe they are not ready for it...it is something you have been contemplating for a long time and much personal meaning for you...Spirit is directing much of this, so don't worry about it and do what you need to do to make yourself happy...

Project #2...my first impression is that there might be more money in it...and that the details might be crazy-making or that an editor would be obsessive etc...

I find your reading very encouraging but I can't figure out which project is #1 and which is #2.

One project is realistic and an attempt to capture late 20th Century/early 21st Century US. I have developed two characters, their backstory, their current life and some of their moral dilemmas. However, I need to work on almost everything else.

The other project is about little people and gods of various religions living together in NYC. At first, I had a veteran with PTSD interacting with them but when I put the story out in a workshop, I was told that the vet seemed grafted onto the story, as opposed to an integral part of it. I'm thinking of changing the story to just the little people and gods interacting in NYC; it'll be allegorical.

So which one do you think is #1 and which one is #2?

I have ALWAYS had back problems, but they worsened about 3 yrs. ago and I had to stop working at my part time job as a Companion/homemaker for two elderly clients. The problems with my sense of taste have come about in the past 6 mo. or so. Very quick on set immediately following a bad case of Oral Thrush. The second part of your question is a bit more difficult. I'll start backwords....I do dream about him, and I do sense him around me. I still have his ashes in an Urn, waiting to be scattered with mine when I cross over. I will always be connected to him because of our daughter(my miracle baby) and her son (my Crystal grandson.) I firmly believe that his grandfather's (my late husband's) spirit is very connected to his. I am lonely for a companion and "helpmate" for the remainder of my life, but I am looking forward to joining him when it's my time. I have no fear of death....just of living a miserably painful life.

No offense, but are you the person who posted the other day about getting into a pissing match with some perfect stranger in the grocery store because he wasn't helping you or something? (if i got this wrong, the next few sentences are going to make me look like a perfect:dunce: ) That kind of sounds like you have a lot of free-floating anger to work through before you can have the relationship you deserve...it seems like there are many unspoken rules of dating men that have to be observed or they freak out...i personally think the #1 rule many women break is that when the meet someone and go out, they almost immediately start laying out their whole story, complete with all ways other men have wronged them (be aware that i am just babbling and i'm not implying that you necessarily do this...)

I HAVE been working on self for a long time, just wondering if I this year would yield something more substantial, I have been doing AMAZING work in my meditation & intuition classes and cleared TONS of junk from lots of lifetimes too.

...did that roll give any hint to the 'where' aspect?
Because even if the universe says "don't LOOK for it, it will come" I am still looking, it is a habit to scan the room for available men, what can i say? I figured this year I'd be looking into more business type groups and hiking groups etc... any indicator of that being a good place to MEET anyone...? or is the universe just giving a big "not yet" and i have to be patient? ( i hate patience, ugh)

However, make them work for it...remember that you are a precious jewel that has to be wooed and won...that you have so much to offer than anybody would be LUCKY to have you...the key is Positive Pride...not ego, but valuing yourself and EXPECTING to be valued...not believing society bs that says somehow you're "damaged goods" because of your past or that you have kids...and a lot of people still believe, mostly covertly, that if you have been abused you must have "asked for it"...even if you were a screaming bitch you still didn't deserve ill treatment...

Some men will be leery because they think that you only want them to take over raising and supporting some other man's DNA...many of them are already shirking their own responsibilities to the kids they already have...we could go on and on about the perceived "obstacles" to your partnership happiness...but always remeber, all it takes is ONE...
i used to go to this wishing pond in san diego and throw in a penny and ask that they would send a husband for me and a stepfather for my toddler...3 years later, they did

That was before everything started speeding up under this intense spiritual energy and awakening, so you won't have to wait so long...just get out there and have fun...put your kids first and let the Universe take care of the rest...

87. that insecurity peice is fading

The whole damaged goods thing or wishing my kids had a real father is fading alot, much of that is having to do with the meditation classes and recent years of greta spiritual guidance & therapy. so i am already much of the way there in that respect.

I guess the 'make them work for it' is the hard part ...maybe because i have been out of the loop for some time...
I want someone who values me and will be there for ME and definately someone who will DO those little things that let you knbow they care. I don;t want to be the only one in relationship doing that kind of work to keep it fresh & fun.

Richard Bach wrote about this in his book 'Bridge Across Forever" the whole idea that most couples are a 'weight & a balloon,' very rarely do you see two balloons...

And that is exactly what I choose -
to find another balloon so we can soar together and see the view from above...and make decisions with the angels whispering in our ears ;) while seeking and BE-ing Higher Love!

There is no government help if I want to move out of province. Within the province, perhaps. However, it's not just the physical move, it's sustained living where I'd like to go.

The extreme weather here is not doing my health any favours, and I need to move someplace warmer and milder to improve and hopefully recover. However, the only province I'd think would fit the bill, you'd think their disability system is run by Nazis. It's very, very punishing and meant to keep you in poverty. So my three choices are - a windfall, a health miracle that I could work again, or staying put here and not getting any better.

Or maybe a well off Mr Right is in the cards? :P

It would be hard to have kids so far away...the roll: North Node in Libra in the ninth...is yes...but maybe not right away...they have to do everything together and there is much planning involved...she is a sagittarius, so living abroad would sound glamorous and fun, but i'm sensing that they are past that and ready to come home...Japan is so crowded and frantic...btw, how did they end up there? Saw a couple of guys on a show the other day that had gone to Japan to work for one year and ended up staying for three, living in a 300 ft space and all they wanted was more room...beat of luck to them and you!:-)

Yes, I would like her back in the USA. She just kept going to Japan during school, and later to work. She fell in love and married a Japanese guy. He is an engineer who does quality control in manufacturing, so I doubt if there are that many jobs for him in the USA. But I hope they eventually make it back here.

Sorry -- I think my other one was lost in the shuffle. Since I'm going to be single for a while, I guess i should concentrate on my career. My company is going to be closing its doors in the next 6 months or so (possibly sooner). The official company correspondence is that we're okay -- there's nothing to be concerned about -- blah, blah, blah. But I can read the signs (better than most of the folks working there), and I can tell that they are trying to sell, and if they do not sell they will close the place altogether. I started "looking around" about 2 years ago. Have had a couple of nibbles, but nothing really materialized. With the knowledge that I would soon be out of a job, I started really looking again this past November. So far, like before, a couple of nibbles, but nothing materializing. That's the background.

My question is will I find the job I've been trying to manifest within the next 6 months?

Hi again!...First i asked about your company...Mars in Taurus in the Second indicates that they are bleeding money and may not be rescued...About a new job...Venus in Virgo in the eleventh indicates that going through your friends or people that you have met in group situations is your easiest path...even when economic times are hard, the companies that are surviving still have a certain amount of attrition and have to hire...and people prefer to hire those they already know and trust...as far as the "next six months", the dice don't do time well, so i asked if it would be as soon as you want and they said no...looks like patience is the key word...one day at a time, get on the phone and the internet and keep looking...my sense is that you won't be unemployed for very long...look at it as a paid vacation and a chance to rest up for the new job that you'll be starting, maybe by fall...:thumbsup:

I am retired, don't have to work, live in the country, get bored a lot. Live in a rural area with few people I have much in common with except hubby. Don't have a lot of friends.
