Blarghhhh somebody talk me down--suddenly agitated |
|
So there I was, minding my own business, making pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and getting ready to trim the roast for dinner, when all of a sudden my psyche just went off the rails! I got all kinds of nervous, agitated, flipping out. Can't be sugar--I only had one pumpkin cookie (to see how they turned out, natch) and a soda with lunch (but my nerves started jangling hours after that, just around 2:30, 2:45).
I swear, I am THISCLOSE to pouring myself a glass of wine to calm the ef down, and I NEVER do that.
So... :wtf: Is it a weather system? the coming eclipse? Am I picking up somebody else's energy?
I don't get it. All I knows is, I don't like it! x(

I don't know but I hope it stops!!
hmmm...could be someone elses energy. I hate when that happens-especially when I have no idea who it is.

It's...ugh!
Could be someone else's energy. That happened to me when my dad was in the hospital for gall bladder surgery. I went to visit him after work one evening and even though I'm well used to hospitals and "sick" people, I suddenly felt a panic attack coming on, and the urge to get out of the hospital RIGHT NOW. I had no idea what was going on. A coworker of his was also visiting, and he seemed calm. But after he left the feeling completely disappeared. Then my dad said, "Gee, that was really nice of him to visit me. It must have taken a lot of courage to do that. He once told me he had a deathly fear of hospitals."

9. At the time, nobody but me and Jr. |

Oh--and the cats. But they were comatose, lulled into insensibility by the fire in the woodstove.
I think it was something "passing through" as well. Things calmed down about an hour and a half later. Weird, though.

4. smudge your house as soon as possible... |
|
Thought forms come in different color tinted (each thought form is energy vibrating at a different rate/color) mist that will come off a person's energy field either very fast like a bullet (when focused and with a lot of energy) or waft off like a wisp of fog slowly..and then they tend to stay close to where they were thought or sent to. Thought forms of different frequencies in an area will find each other and sit in the corners of your home or building or area until either the energy is used or called by someone vibrating along those rates...or they will just gradually dissipate after time. This means we can get a build-up and that it needs to be cleaned out periodically. Our pineal gland is like our telepathic organ of sending and receiving among other things that it does for us. If we are not paying attention and let in one negative thought..and there is a big cloud hanging around nearby...it will automatically call in the others. These come into our subconscious, and into our conscious mind and we find ourselves thinking depressing thoughts or in a blue funk. This is where a lot of artists, poets etc can find inspiration as well. By laying their mind open along a frequency it calls other thoughts to it. Some wonderful thoughts are out there that the person thinking about never fulfilled or used and they are available for one that will manifest them. It works the same way with depression or negative vibration rates. This is why sometimes we may suddenly realize we are thinking a thought that is against everything we believe in and we wonder where the heck that thought came from. It was hanging around is all and for a moment you vibrated at a low enough rate for it to come to mind. To stop this we must consciously turn it off by focusing our intent on positive things...which will in turn call forth more positive thought-forms as well. We do not have to worry about every little thought form we think..but we do need to be aware that not all thoughts are our own. People can carry their little build-up of thought-forms along with them and we see this in the tint of their energy field. Visitors can bring in negative thought forms as can watching negative movies etc. Nasty people can send them towards you as well as postive people can send you uplifting thoughts. The best thing to do is to periodically smudge and chase them all out. Keep the ones you want..visulize the others leaving as you smudge. Although sacred sage, sweet grass, lavender, or sacred sweet cedar are the traditional things used...one can use any incense just as well. It is only a tool to focus our intent after all. love and a big hug.....

Someone, can't recall who, in this group told me it could be me picking up something dramatic happening somewhere else, perhaps even the other side of the world, if the event was major enough.

I'll keep an eye/ear out. Sure there's all that paranoia because of the recent "terra-ist attempt". I would bet anything way too many people are going to be paranoid about New Year's Eve being a target. x(

24. Yes, I thought it interesting myself |
|
When I had my experience it was during my meditation class and I felt a very sad emotion whisk through my body. I found the possibility that I could have picked up on some event somewhere interesting in that it was the one possibility that hadn't occurred to me. Like you, I am convinced that the emotion I experienced definitely had a source other than me.
It is a weird sensation, and now that I am actually acknowledging such things in myself, I wonder how many times this kind of thing has happened to me in my life and I have written it off as something mundane. Just like I have written off all the little intuitions and messages I have received along the way.

Stepping into the New Year refreshed, relaxed and smelling like lavender.
Yep...talked myself into it. I do that a lot.
Now all I need is some musical accompaniment....

That kind of makes me feel better, in a way. Not that I want anyone to feel this, but to know I'm not alone. Do you still have that feeling, or is it gone now? Mine's gone--dissipated a couple of hours ago. :wtf:

mostly tired and just want to go to sleep. But I went in a matter of minutes from being fine and in a good mood, to being mad at the world and wanting everyone to leave me the f*ck alone -- and, of course, no one did, so that made it so much worse!

I'm sorry to post that I feel there is a not so great national event* on the horizon (still). My intuitive feeling says it's just around the corner now, as IMO, the TPTB wanted to postpone breaking the scandal until the winter holidays had passed, allowing for as much holiday spending to take place as possible, while consumers still felt marginally positive. I think you might be picking up vibes from that upcoming problem.
*Not, I repeat, not, another terrorist attack or issue (I don't think).

27. Yes, I'm more than comfortable with the idea of potential futures as *potential* ones only. |
|
If you've read any of my posts in this forum, you know I'm the last person who would ever believe the future is immutable.
My guess: it hits the fan January 5th.

28. Happens to me as well MG |
|
MG, As you know me very well, this happens to me alot and it's not because of my illness. It just is. I've become to get used to this happening to me. On mintue I"m good, then next, I'm angry at the world. NO reason what so ever. Sometimes it lasts all day long, sometimes it goes as quickly as it came. I don't get it either, and certainly don't like feeling like that. I just wish I knew what it was. But whatever it is, all I can say is, "This too shall pass" lol

this is sorta strange...I also had this happen. I figured it meant something terrible was about to happen. And attributed it to events at work where it was a little tense. Energy amped up a lot, and things went wacky at work, but I went to my teacher and friend for some energy work, and to talk my way through it. I also spoke to a dear friend who counseled that I should meditate, meditate, meditate and get myself centered again. I did so, did some deliberate RELEASE work and finally got to peace of mind. Took nearly a week!!!
Right after that, things at work quickly worked out and have been smooth ever since. But not that long ago I had a different, yet similar event where I woke up with my heart pounding hard - thought I was having a heart attack at first. Then I dismissed the idea and got up (since I was awake) to use the restroom. I found I was severely out of breath, and found it hard to get enough oxygen. I checked my pulse and realized it did not match the pounding sensation. I soon figured that it was someone else's energy and once that thought came I immediately thought of my boss -- a 76 yo fellow with psychic gifts and a strong connection with me. I said a prayer for him, sent along healing to whoever I was "channeling" and went to sleep.
At work, everyone was treading lightly and being extra quiet. Walked into boss's office and there he sat with a pressure cuff on his arm. I just shook my head, said "So it WAS you!" and went back to my office. I thought that was weird, myself. But then I have a lot of weird things go on. Trying to figure them out, one by one. Like the rest of us, sounds like.
