Metabolic temperature Chart

Anyone here ever done one? I'm a bit more than two weeks into taking my temp. three times a day per Dr. Wilson's way to get a metabolic temperature.


Exactly two weeks ago I had one of my temps at 95.4 This morning my first daily temp was 95.4 I'll continue charting this until I can see patterns emerge over a couple of months time. It will be interesting.


If, as I suspect, my metabolism is very much slower than normal, then we'll have to see if we (my nurse practitioner and I) can make a correction.


She has me currently taking bovine adrenal, DHEA and bio-est hormone replacements. She thinks I have adrenal fatigue and I agree, but I think my thyroid is at the root of the problem.

Anyone ever tried Dr. Wilson's protocol for resetting the thyroid? Boy have I put in a lot of study on this. Criminies!

Taking thyroid meds helped them but the cycling up and down on T3 didn't really do the job. But it did identify thyroid problems that they weren't shown on the usual blood tests. I would say the thyroid problem was more from the pituitary (if I recall correctly).

As of now, one of my daughters is on one half the usual dose of Synthroid only. But if she stops it entirely she gets panic attacks. The other one needs thyroid medicine but can't get a doctor to prescribe it in Japan.

So, there ya go! I'm very familiar with Wilson, the protocol, etc. I wonder how many people he was really able to cycle off the medicine?

And me? Oh, I bought an infrared sauna I use every other day or so-- a cheapo one, really cheapo, that I got off Ebay. I was sort of surprised it actually worked, LOL.
