6. Sketchers Shape Ups

If you can afford them, I highly recommend them (but they are a bit pricey). Got a pair for Christmas, and I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable, and they really do work your legs and butt.

One thing though: they run a little small, so go up 1/2 size.

Thanks for this, Hermetic. I can feel it already. I've been blocked with my novel--even though I know what happens next, I couldn't manage to write a pivotal scene all during Merc ret--but this morning it started to form in my head. Now I'm excited to get it down and move forward. :hi:

Have a great time with your guitar lessons! I used to play a lot when I was younger--it was one of the things that went by the boards with a marriage and kid, unfortunately. I miss it. :(
