Some Cosmic Amusement
The other day I was thinking about how I'd not had any interesting or fun psychic-type incidents in my life for quite awhile.

Then last night I had a dream about my departed kitty Bitsey, whom many of you know from her appearances in photos after she passed on a few years ago. Anyway, in the dream, she had on one of my prettiest scarves and as she swished by, she said, "I'm pretty, too!"

I think that was a response to my always telling my kitties how pretty they are. Apparently Bitsey has been observing this and wanted me to know she's still around...and feeling pretty. :)

Another incident:

A vacancy has come up on a rental property and I placed an ad for a new tenant. I have gotten quite a few calls but have been unable to return them as both my cell phone and my land line went out in the same day! Now don't you think that's a little unusual? Two phones in one day?

So I was trying to use my husband's Blackberry, which I don't know how to call out on. I was getting very confused and said to myself, I don't need one more thing to confuse me. I then composed the list of tenants and their phone numbers to call them back and saw that these three different individuals all had a similarity in name: "Jana" and "Gena." Meanwhile, the tech service guy I was dealing with on the phone was "Jaden."

I am getting a good laugh out of all this. :)

3. Cats do indeed love being told how wonderful they are :)
I love to praise every cat I encounter, and to bask in their enjoyment. They radiate emotions quite well!

How wonderful to see your beloved again.

4. Someone is having some fun
Does it seem to you that all those names are somewhat related to Genie or otherwise known as Djinn?

Take it lightly as a sort of cosmic joke.

5. Bingo
I've read a lot about the Djinn and it's lately that I've been thinking how much I miss the trickster element that comes around so frequently in my life.

Some of the works I've read recently that have discussed the Djinn:

--UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse by John Keel
--Stalking the Tricksters by Christopher O'Brien
--Magical Powers and Mystical Beings" Anyone for Jinn

The latter is by Dr. Christian von Lahr and Christopher Valentine, whom I have been in contact with to relate some of my experiences. They have given me feedback on these experiences, which has finally cleared up some mysteries about this type of phenomena.

One thing that I find interesting about the trickster element is that it is amoral and seems to come around to shake things up. I know that is a bad metaphor during a time with so many earthquakes, but it is literally the case. The trickster exists to help deconstruct.

Also, it's funny how obvious it is in this situation, too--using the names so close to what it is, like Gena and Jena (Djinn, Genie).

 Dear Trickster, I am so enjoying your pranks.
