I wish to use my abilities for the benefit of others.
Edited on Tue Mar-30-10 01:20 PM by Fire Walk With Me
My skills are not all refined as they have been used mostly for survival. I have been doing readings through various divinitory methods lately in order to gain focus and to provide some benefit for others. Like MysticalChick before this, I would like to offer five gratis readings for ASAH members. Know that I am in a difficult situation and that I may be offline without notice...but my Inbox remains open.

Some are more difficult to read than others. Sometimes it just floods in; sometimes I am stumped. Other times the most important question someone has is not answered, but good advice regarding it does appear. It's always up to the individual to take whatever =action= is required to bring about the best possible solution. Also, sometimes my guides get in edgewise as I don't listen to them often enough, and I end up with information meant for myself, getting into another's reading. Ahead of time, I mention this so that anything not apropos be named as such, plain and outright. I'll dig again if such occurs.

So, thank you to ASAH members and all guides and angels...I have sadly brought much of my suffering here but as it diminishes, I appreciate those who have helped me so much, when it was so difficult to even stand up in the mornings...blessings to all, and the first five into my Inbox get (eventually, be patient) a reading. If it goes very easily, I'll certainly do more. I enjoy the spiritual dollars provided through being of service :)

Best,

-Mike

Edit: Of course you can keep it private and just use my Inbox if you wish. Please note that I'm online at the public library system and only have two hours at a time in which to work. Meaning that if I don't see your mail today, I will the next time I log in, so please be patient.

11. We all have so many cool talents here ...
.... and I found it really REALLY boosted my skills and confidence when I did the readings. If you are looking for a way to hone your skills or just practice for fun, I highly recommend doing an offering like this. My Guides told me to offer it to whomever wanted one. Mike's told him five. Whatever you are called to offer is a wonderful gift to all of us!

12. Interesting and thanks, Mysticalchick.
As soon as a I read your response, I remembered something I'd forgotten from over 20 years ago. A co-worker was into tarot and did a reading for me one night. Afterward, he said read for me. I was like I don't know how but he guided me in the meaning of the cards and had me relax and the words came spilling out. It was disturbing but he said accurate. I'm sure it's because I knew a little bit about him but some things about his life I simply could not have known - one was his secret of figuring out how to come out to his adoring wife and little girl. What an emotional night that was. He may have been trying to make me feel good about it but he did suggest that I get a deck that I felt good about.

I've always been attracted to the cards namely because of the artwork. Last year I was moved to draw the Fool. I will investigate, at least study the meanings in relation to art. Thanks very much!

13. Oookay, an update...
Edited on Wed Mar-31-10 02:46 PM by Fire Walk With Me
I was jumped in the dreamtime yesterday by one of the klowns who seek to hurt me...of course, right after I had emailed a wish for peace to my father and two of my "fan club"...they are only interested in making me go away, again into the psych ward. Shame upon you, ALL shame upon you. I see you clearly and you need to become positive or the new energy will hurt. Of course, none of them will, this is what they are, and why they are at odds with me in the first place. assKlowns all. I can try to bring as much light as is possible, tell the mandatory truth, and it is only and ever met by hysteria and LIES and EGO. assKlowns at my current residence are of course engaging in the program of seeing if I can be made cross enough to make a mistake, to paraphrase The Holy Grail. And laugh at my descriptions of karma (through utter ignorance). The desired end result of course being "he's snapped! put him away!" through a course of abuse (I'm sick right now, lung congestion, sore throat, inflamed tonsils, for five days, from having to move my stuff by bus across the city because I was forced without warning or notice from a very nice, large room into a tiny room with only one drawer for all of my belongings, and a tiny bit of closet...because that would be a problem for me, and piss me off...and of course, was denied the use of any of the foundation vehicles, even though I asked three times...despite my 180+ blood pressure and physical disability...which they know all about...I'm far overextended physically and just got my doctor to hopefully issue a cease-and-desist to them...) and of course am being harried with new rules made up in the moment, hypocritical in view of the places where they are NOT enforced, too many things to do at once, rules outside of my actual capability to physically conform...but many here know all this.

Why do I dislike people? Because they often force me to. Why do I keep sticking my face into the third dimensional blender? I guess that I'm sick and addicted in some pathetic way...wanting people to be far more than they are or can be. Knowing what the coming age is like, and its possibilities...cheerleading for it can be self-destructive!

Just so those for whom I'm reading know the situation (all here know the situation, duh) and have corresponding patience. I'll be looking at two Tarot decks for each of you and seeing if your guides have anything to say, as well as regular insight and some PM back-and-forth for clarity.

For the record, I wish I could find even one person for whom the following is taken as canon: AA's Third Tradition, the first and second to last paragraph, from the 12 and 12.

"We don't care how far down the ladder you've gone, what your crimes are, even if you're violent..we just want you to have the same chance at sobriety as all of us....and if we had succeeded in kicking him out...what of those he later helped?"

I'm 100% serious about sobriety and its workings, and merely wish to be left alone. Doesn't sound very hard

--------------------

All I want is to watch the sunsets and do some music and music technology. I'm not going to hurt anyone, or myself. I have to let it go completely in order to be compatable with the coming age, which is infinitely more important than any ego-based action. The reason I get upset is from being abused. So don't abuse me. Sad and pathetic that no one takes this seriously. I'll take care of myself in the mean time.

17. Thanks, but I can't ignore the klowns. I am surrounded by the ill-intentioned
who are merely waiting for (working to make) me to "snap" and go back into the psych ward. So much for those who can alter their perspective with new information, or forgive, or...be human(e). No amount of good works, good intention, or proven movement in a positive direction is good enough for them. I had hoped that the new energy would OBSOLETE them by now, but no, probably not for a little while yet. It's going to be extremely rough for me, please pray on my behalf, and see my post in one of Rick's thread about hoping to make it to out to June(?).

Thanks.

And yes, it's happening at home. The "manager" of the house I'm in (the address is 2012, humorously) has been at me endlessly. I've just delivered a 45-point note against him (45 problems/events, including him balling his hands into fists during a conversation)...but I know that the office is complicit. Since they wouldn't hear my evidence against those who moved me without warning into this house (a serious burden as I'd had to bus many personal items across the city in order to adapt to the significantly smaller environment; a purposeful issue). With chest congestion, sore throat, etc...was in bed all last Sunday, shaking lightly. All forced upon me on purpose. Even my doctor merely stated in a letter that my symptoms were increasing, NOT what I'd wanted, which was a "leave him alone" order so THAT my symptoms wouldn't increase. Should have expected as much.

Third Dimension, DIE. Shrivel in the Light. You WILL, within the next two years. GOODBYE.

18. Also, I have Heard at least one person calling me "retarded" for posting such as this in this thread
I'm retarded only as perceived by the Third Dimensional. I am built for the Higher Dimensions, and those definitely do not make sense if you're not in them. I have also found that these things begin to dis-integrate when I tell the truth about them.

Why not practice what I've preached in my blog? It's why I've created it:

24. And an update, for those wondering where their readings are...
Edited on Fri Apr-09-10 06:13 PM by Fire Walk With Me
I got 4 1/2 hours sleep last night due to the "manager"/roommate who is taking task to make me snap (so that I can again be locked in a psych ward). He dogs me over and over in order to get a reaction, and when he does, he "writes me up", as several write-ups results in expulsion onto the streets, and I have no place to go if that happens. This morning he loudly insisted that those who predict the future, who prophesize, are of the devil. Needless to say, I'd long since given him four printed pages from my blog's Predictions page, and am doing Tarot etc. in the room (your readings).

Needless to say, the first thing I did was turn in four full pages of his bad acts to the office (including his balling his hands into fists, becoming angry enough to punch me...duh, I can predict earthquakes, I can tell something as simple as that, lying about me to others, and getting caught and proven a liar himself..., etc.) This is the guy who put a condom on my bedframe. It goes on and on...and the office is complicit. The program owner won't even meet my eyes, and won't talk with me. My doctor gave me a "leave him alone" notice on April 1, it went to the office, and of course, no actual response...I've gone for another, more specific note so we'll see what happens.

So...My DOCTOR gave them a note, and they continue on and on. What does this amount to? Obvious abuse with intent. Negligence. And more. In the last two days I've handed in eight more pages about his egregious actions and their negative effect upon my mental and physical health. Of course, nothign happens, and the "manager" is talking loudly about "putting him out", "winnin'", etc. If he decides he doesn't like you, absolutely everything becomes a power struggle with him. Everything. He's said that he dogs clients in order to find the "problems" and to get rid of them. I've seen two people leave the program entirely due to him, and more have been moved against their will to other houses. This is supposed to be a recovery program, a sober living/transitional living. No sobriety here. No serenity, no sign of 12-Step or Church principles. Lots of lying and hypocricy, however.

And the office does nothing but avoid my glance, and use up my time defending myself against nonsense. All planned, all complicit. Any trends of this length and nature are self-explanitory. Any claims of other intent are ludicrous, but of course will be made. Know them by their fruits. If I weren't so physically disabled I'd just leave.

Regarding predicting the future...see 1 Corinthians Chapter 12, 1-14.

25. Ah, some smoothing has occured.
Pardon my venting in public but the situation has been enough to require documentation.

The office is not now complicit. They hired a third party to do the work, so that relationships would not be broken. Face-saving.

More time for readings!

Please know I will be thinking about you today and keeping your situation close to my heart. Sometimes this helps with the healing, though I am not sure how. I just know when I keep someone in my heart and send out Light (or whatever it is), they often get better.

16. Okay, it's an interesting thing.
Five ladies. I haven't often read for the ladies, for some reason, perhaps dealing with old intimacy issues. This means that it's time to do so, and when old stuff cracks loose, it can interfere with what I'm doing. And I believe that I've made a mistake- I'm doing all five at once, in related sections. I won't be doing that again. :)

Also, I've found that my bipolarity has been amplifying what I see-- present fear overestimated, etc. Please let me know if and where this occurs that I may further hone in.

My best to everyone, have patience as I'm only online a couple of hours a day, and then, not every day. I have a lot done and it's a matter of typing it in and getting feedback.

26. I'm coming to the end of the second batch and I wished to thank everyone.
I have nailed some things and fallen flat upon my face at least once, temporarily...and I had forgotten that I'd stopped doing readings because my own issues always came up, right in my face. At that time I didn't wish to deal with them at all. Guess what? Wham, there they are again, and this time, I'm getting through them, with difficulty. It is hardly a surprise that some here and I have had similar experiences, all requiring healing and love. The Universe has provided win-win on this and I am grateful. I am very pleased that this could help some of you in any way at all, some more than others. You are a very wonderful, blessed, and Talented group of folks, and it is my distinct pleasure to get to know you all even a little bit better. The future will indeed be wonderful, filled with such folk. :hi:

The New Age is primarily dominated by women. Very few of even the husbands of those most prominent and famous new agers aren't involved/believe. Every seminar I've ever been to never had more than a literal handful of men in attendance. It makes you wonder... :)

I'm officially a nontheist, but I do admit there are things like ESP that are not rational.

However, I have a limited tolerance for "space cadets". I can get very aggravated if I am around too many of them for very long.

Maybe if my kundalini had blown out the top of my head and I was seeing visions and angels I might have a different attitude.

But I do find it odd that so few men are attracted to the new age world. I guess for some, it's just not "manly" enough ;)

I'm reading Denise Linn's autobiography right now and she talked about her kundalini rising. As positive it is later on, I actually hope not to go through that :o

32. High cocoa content- check and agree!
Regarding the ladies...it may be said that they are on a higher level of development than men. The male ego is smaller than the female. Women are supposed to be able to be naturally sensitive to the needs and currents of their brood (of course, no absolute IS). One has to be very subtly sensitive to be able to commune with a newborn and to attempt to be in synch enough to be an effective matron.

Of course, there is that women are always right....:hide:

Of course, I'm not a woman so I cannot vouch for this, but it begins to make sense. Men are so interested in competition and one-upmanship. Women appear to care more about family and community. In general, at least. All the time on the electronic technology boards I frequent, mens' wives/SOs are getting in their faces about their having spent money on ONE MORE of those gadget thingies. I always say, ask them why do they need that many shoes? And to duck immediately.

:hide::hi:

I also think that the general sensitivity required in mysticism brings one into a place of compassion, if one was not already there (ME). Being able to know anothers' pain literally can only bring one into either self-destruction (tried it, failed) or compassion (getting there). And yes, this brings the desire for nurturing and community. Not very manly at all.

How many shoes do I have? (ducks, and covers)

35. Women also seem to be more willing to seek help from a spiritual teacher
than men, assuming the men even recognize that they need help at all ;)

I've got three pairs of shoes for daily wear, and two pairs of boots that I rarely wear, though one of those is buried in my storage closet somewhere. Interestingly, two of my three regular pairs of shoes are exactly the same, other than different usage stains and wear marks (both are brown-dyed hemp walking shoes.) Maybe I should buy another pair and stain it slightly differently than the other two... :P

Yep, it's ego-puncturing to ask for help or worse, have to ask for help.

Having been body-slammed by both alcoholism and bipolarity, I've learned to ask for help. Not an easy lesson, but a necessary evolutionary step.

37. My slight dyslexia read your "sandles" as "saddles"
and I wondered what that meant with regards to shoes...

:P

39. Actually, I just realized that I misspelled sandals.
Edited on Thu Apr-15-10 04:16 PM by I Have A Dream
I knew that my spelling looked wrong. I think that I'll let the saddle response that came into my head drop. :D

43. There is only God. The separation identity, the ego, tells us it's ME and God.
At one point the soul can look into the abysss of God and can have as its last desire to have no more desires and become one with all that is...God...the source which both contains and sustains us and then lose our separation identity and are just one with God...but many say no, there are many here who need direction and guidance...a path through the difficulties at this level of existence and coping and offer help to those seeking it. Thank you.

The separation identity knows sorrow of never getting all that you want and that you will grow old and die. God knows no such sorrow. When I asked God who are you he said I am you...but you are not all that I am. The parts that we are is the commonality which enables us to understand and relate to each other. The entirety that is God is unknowable but we can get a sense of it...a sense of His nature...which is love. Yet some are more in tune and have a greater sense of spirituality and God than others but this does not come from "religion" but internally. It is subjective...comes from the inside...and usually with a felling of wanting to give to others. Thank you. I'm so glad you are in the world. May the spirit of God, the spirit of all that is, guide you ,direct you and protect you. Thank you for your work.

44. What wonderful timing.
I'm reading Muktananda on just this topic...I am reminded that we are the waves cresting upon the ocean, imagining that we are somehow separate from the ocean itself. All is in perception :)

45. I want to keep this offer open
I'm not intending to be a professional psychic, but I =would= like to continue to solidify and explore what is possible, especially as it can show up as useful to others.

This has been difficult at two levels: Uncloaking as having spiritual skills has lost me the majority of my friends and associations, so far as I can tell. This was expected. Secondly, I'd completely forgotten, as mentioned above, about the Universe firmly placing what we most need to see about ourselves, directly in our face, when given the opportunity. This is obviously such an opportunity. At least three of my most significant "don't even wanna admit to it" personal issues were SMAP across my face...and much needed.

Also, it's interesting to see how much the ego wishes to be involved in this process, which of course ends up to its detriment. Pesky ego...and I've go so very much...

I'm not sure where this is going, if I'm even interested in predicting earthquakes anymore, unless they hit me over the head energetically. I'm getting out of the fear business, which is where I'd centered these abilities, for self-protection. I'm sort of documenting this for any who may feel the need to go public with their skills, or to even publicly explore them/validate them. May your experience be gentler than mine  :hi:

Does anyone know of any friendly, advanced sites where I might extend this offer? Thanks to everyone who has asked, and I'll get to you what I've promised as soon as my system is unclogged (getting over a long illness and also the above-mentioned personal issues). Peace!

46. Maybe you should contact Ecumenist
She has extended a reading offer too and does the reading at a site called ThePsychicGuild.com
She might have some ideas for you.

Good luck! You are very talented.

50. Question
First of all I am grateful you will do readings! I am very low income and sometimes I learn from others' readings and this helps, but it is wonderful to hear something personal. I understand this may not work, but hey, I will try and I know you will do your best. If nothing comes, I understand.

... will my struggles ever dissipate? I want her to come home soon, will she? Is she hurting? How can I help? (no this is not a romantic question but your guides will hopefully know what I mean).

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love
Cat In Seattle

52. addendem from Cat re; PMs
...FWWM, I have been a DU member almost from its beginning. I was friends with Andy Stephenson, if you know who he was. But for some reason I never learned how to send a PM. I can answer one fine, it is just initiating one that I cannot figure out. So I am sorry if I did not PM you, but this is why. I feel like an idiot for admitting this but it is the damn truth, lol.

Thanks so much for being there!

Cat

56. I am remiss in not giving propers to other DUers who have Talent
such as MysticalChick, who is very talented, and who in part inspired me to do this (and thanks for the Gmail recommendation, the thread-style rules). I strongly recommend her to any looking for advice from their Guides, especially as I am not that practiced tuning in to such things, and do not feel responsible enough to give answers to Big Questions just yet, in that regard. Please look her and other DU readers such as Ecumenist up, even because a second opinion can bring even more insight.

Cheers to all.

57. Thank you, FWWM!
That was lovely. I really appreciate the mention and I am glad that what I did inspired you. Your openhearted generosity is a wonderful example of what this board is all about. :)

I really encourage ALL the DU'ers out there who have skills in one fashion or another to do something like this. It's truly a win/win for everyone - you get practice doing what you love and the one being read for gets some info on certain situations in their life. Who knows? Perhaps they need to hear it from you in your own unique way. I know we have many, MANY talented readers, astrologers and healers out there. Come on! Jump in ... the water is warm and we can all use a little healing, eh?

(BTW, I will be doing a fundraiser for Brain Cancer research in May - offering discounted readings with the entire fee going to that cause. (Last year I walked in the 5k but this year my knees are not happy with me and I thought this might be another way I can contribute.) More info on that coming soon.)
