major progress on the oil disaster

major progress on the oil disaster
There are 2 sets of rams -- annular and shear -- that they've been trying to get to clamp the pipeline. Apparently they've managed to close the annular ram, which has cut off some of the flow. Plus now that they've figured out how to successfully close one, maybe that's given

So lets focus our energy on getting the shear ram closed!
