As we count down to 5/27 at 9:44pm Eastern, I thought it would be best to talk about people's EXPECTATIONS.
The reason it's such a specific date is because, that's how Uranus works; exactly on a certain day, at a specific minute.

It enters the new zodiac and Aries then. Jupiter joins it 10 days later.

We normally do not appreciate how INTIMATE these transits are. As I have said, many of us will have specific, SUDDEN events that night. That, once again is how Uranus works.

But, URANUS doesn't even know what it's going to do until it does so. That's why it's the unpredictable planet. Its intelligence is light-years ahead of us and our logical minds. It will APPEAR to be disruptive and chaotic but that is only to the degree that we are married to resistance to change.

Nevetheless, see the whole process happening, ONE OF LIBERATION from restriction. The real "enemies" of this transit are our
SELF-IMPOSED limitations. period.

Look at the upheaval in Iceland, the Gulf, the unfortunate, ridiculous Faux TV, the TP party, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, England, Mexico, Pakistan, on and on and on. It's just starting.

We want free, of our old selves; don't be misled. The reason Pluto is "causing" such a stir with all of our collective stuff is up until now, we haven't done too well with clearing out inner baggage.

THIS NEW ARIES ENERGY INDICATES THAT FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE ARE READY. That's my take on it anyway.

Do not look to outer events in your life, i.e., husband, family, in-laws, job, car, etc., etc. They are reflections of the inner state. :nuke:

4. I live in the Nashville area....FYI, we just had MAJOR, DISASTROUS flooding.

While the rain fell & things began to look severe, I couldn't help but think about Pluto. As I see it, for whatever reason, West & Middle TN was being "forced" to "clean things out". I see this as a blessing for our area. Because I CAN'T see tomorrow (but I keep trying:hurts:), I'm not sure what the future will bring. However, I feel sure this will be a positive rebuilding. Nashville is known as the Athens of the South (complete w/its own Parthenon); I feel certain this is the beginning of a Renaissance here. This is a lovely place to live....I "feel" it's just going to get better & better....perhaps a Mecca for the progressive amidsts the super conservative South.

On a more personal note, I am being indirectly "forced" out of my job by events that devolved the environment to the point of being unbearable. Lucky for me, I will be eligible to take an early retirement in Dec. I know the Universe is providing this HORRIBLE environment, along with the "escape hatch", to give me the shove I need to leave this job, as I am destined to do other things. Had it not been for this turn of events, I would have plodded along in this job for years, probably never actualizing my true potential (whatever that may be).

BTW, I am a double Scorpio (29th degree) & my natal moon is conjunct my nadir in Aquarius. Seems this all just "fits" right now.

That need for security stems from loads of "insecure" family situations as a child & young adult. I need to work on exorcising that.

Apparently there are a lot of others at my work who have created the same unbearable situations, too...as there are many leaving who, prior to this year, intended to stay on indefinitely. Regardless, there is a "revolution" going on, as things there will be very different when so many of us "experienced" employees exit stage right.

And BTW, 5/27 is the DAY AFTER our school year ends! We will all feel a short-term freedom until mid- July...or the big changes in August. Hmmmm.

11. I am drawn to this

It seems this past year for me has been about clearing out stuff, and watching others clear out stuff. My husband became drawn to alternative health after his illness due to physicians prescribing the wrong medications for him and not following up to see how it was affecting his system (I had been drawn to alternative health off and on since college) and we both took Reiki instruction from a wonderful teacher and have benefitted from this. Which doesn't sound amazing until one factors in that my husband has been a right wing Limbaugh listener for YEARS. I know very little about astrology but I keep wondering what else is going to be cleared out of his Libra backside. I am a Cancer and just feel exhausted right now, like I want to just hibernate until the change gets here (don't know if that means anything). I am anxious for this, it just feels like we all need it.

Right now the area where I Iive is a complete contradiction. The state seems about to nominate Ron Paul's disgusting, militia-loving offspring as the Rethug candidate for Senate (he even makes my husband sick), while the main challenger to the incumbent mayor of our city is the Vice Mayor, who is a smart, successful engineer and business man that just happens to be openly gay (and no one really appears to care about that!). I just keep seeing contradictions, like there is so much pull back by the serious neanderthals among us, while others are trying to move on FAST.

People CAN AND WILL still hold on to old patterns. This is no panacea. It is an indication that MOST of us will be ready to do so. Especially people like you find on this site. Why? Because Uranus is very non-Saturnian. Non-status quo. Which means that most of us on here are flexible and open and progressive. Now what is interesting is that I am having all my old programs and contracts associated with this stuff "removed" so that is one hell of a new start!

seems like the female problems of my grandmother and mother & sister are still in my tissues as well...though it is less so than in their cases, it still means a hysterectomy. but it also means no more PAIN!!! yay! Abuse and female/male roles are definitely part of those old contracts ...gone baby gone!

25. Rick - I've had a huge change this past week

The last job I held was in 2008, then in 2009 I had my knee replaced which now they have determined needs to be redone. I was sick of moping, being almost housebound (pain and mobility issues) but I wanted to work! I was offered a job close to home that would not involve stairs or bending over and the walk from the parking lot to the door is pretty easy.

Anyway, I LOVE this job! The people and bosses are wonderful, the office is extremely comfortable, the equipment is top notch, and my commute is 7 minutes in traffic! Although I am on heavy pain killers and the pain is seeping through I am going to tough it out. The pay is not so good but given the choice of having this or more money...I would say money is not one of my priorities.

I hope my stream of abusive bosses and co-workers is ovah!

Bad bosses come from us not "doing our thing" and staying too long in an "abusive" situation. When we overcome that, the bosses disappear even if we have to go "elsewhere".

Your's is simple however, with your Saturn (knees) at 0-1 degree Libra, your Saturn return was 10/28/09. Also, Pluto (degeneration) has been on it since 1/25/08.

Another "good" symbol is your Jupiter is early in Aries, the Jupiter return (things fall into your lap) happens soon after 6/6, close enough.

It really had felt like the lowest point in my life the past few years. I don't want to be in that dark place again...at least not day after day, month after month, and year after year. I was not very pleasant to be around so I withdrew from almost everyone in my life.

I was nervous that my bubble might burst and did not want to get my hopes up too high.

I've been at the fed up point for quite a while; it's been building and building for a couple of years. I'm at the point where I just want to throw everything away (save a couple of good friends) and leave for...? I don't care at this point. The 27th is the day after I come back from a conference that I'm also extending into a short vacation. I won't want to come back, that's for sure (especially from such a beautiful locale. It's not particularly far away, but a place I'd entertained before about moving to).

My Mars is at 0 Leo (in the 4th, the J/U in the 12th). Will that be felt, too, or is it more the hard aspects? My 4th is ruled by the Moon, and Pluto is going over my Moon (9th) right now; does that come into play, too?

You're feeling 'it', yes. Yes, your Mars in Leo will pick up influence from the trine to 0 Aries, but what's beginning to happen to you is that Pluto is sneaking up on your Moon in Cap. In about 1 year.

Your clearing the way (philosophically in IX) for the conjunction to your Moon and then on to the top of the chart X.

In other words, you have a big obstacle in your way before Pluto reaches the top in about 4 years. And that is the Moon, the old past baggage.

Yes, I've been working on healing for a long time. Pretty much the theme of my life, I think. I've done lots of letting go, resolving, healing.
