First hot flash ever? Or kundalini?
The strangest physical sensation washed over me like a wave last night.

I became so dizzy I couldn't stand, and then after lying down, I became very hot, broke out in a sweat, and it felt like a hot bullet hit my coccyx and sent burning waves up my spinal cord and to the base of my skull and I just lay there until I fell asleep. Now this morning my head feels too heavy for my shoulders, I'm still disoriented and I'm just drained.

But this was after a week of insomnia, a job loss, two final exams, a death in the family plus learning my father has chosen not fight his recently-detected cancer and that I will be going to see him very soon to say goodbye and this is of course activating a host of issues.

But yesterday also my sun squared Uranus, I'm having a lengthy Jupiter-midheaven opposition, Mercury is squaring my sun, and the Sun just got done squaring my Saturn.

Am I exhausted and just stressed, premenopausal, or am I not listening enough to what the universe is telling me? And what is the universe telling me?

1. catzies, it could be any of these things, but...
I really think that you should rule out any other physical causes. Please consider seeing a doctor just to make sure that it's nothing more serious.

You're going through so much; I'm sorry for that. Much love and light to you.:hug:

2. Stuff.
I strongly agree with what Dream suggests. When things get physical, it's best to assess them physically just to have clear information about that. In addition, I strongly suggest a visit to your chiropractor to make sure that's all okay, as well.

Two things you can do which will help you to one degree or another are opening your crown and surrendering everything you're going through, anytime, especially when you feel energy moving.

Opening your crown is easy, if you don't already think you can do it. Just see/feel or imagine the top of your head as a flower with an infinite number of petals opening gently and slowly. With the crown open, energy has an exit. When it has no exit, it ricochets around the body and comes out in inappropriately amplified behaviors or it settles in the body on organs, the long term effect of which is organ damage which is usually permanent.

3. Wow - that sure is a lot of stressful events
I have had quite a few hot flashes lately, but it did not make me dizzy. even though since yesterday I am a bit dizzy, but without hot flashes. I agree, if you can, a precautionary visit to a doctor sounds like a good idea.

Sending you light in the meantime..

7. Interesting, I had a weird sensation in my chest area this morning.
I'm of that age, so I'm always aware of odd sensations maybe having to do with the change. Usually I just have night sweats, but I woke up with a heart-burn-ey feeling too. I thought it was odd, but I DID eat something just before bed, that I never have before, so maybe that was it. BUT I am under a lot of stress, lately. Us meno gals gotta stick together.:hi:

- yes, big time night sweats, and recently after eating something I immediately am warm, too.
But it is easier than I imagined, for the time being. :hi:
