BTW, I wrote a post on Practically Intuitive about self-authority based on a post one of my teachers wrote. She and I differed a bit on it and it stirred up a lot I didn't realize I wanted to say!

I find that the Guides never give you answers directly; rather, they give a clue or a piece of the puzzle. I agree with Rose (my teacher) that one shouldn't give up one's self-authority - not even in learning to work with Guides or teachers in Spirit. Where we differ is that, based on what comes through me, the Guides are much more about helping you find that within yourself and not OUTSIDE yourself. Make sense? Check out the post and see what you think. Comments are always appreciated (even if you differ with what I think or what Rose thinks). This group has such a diverse set of talents and I don't pretend to know all sides of anything (as if one can!). I try to phrase it as what I know to be true in the work I'm doing.

I love the calls where someone just tosses questions out to me and I can say what comes through! :-) I also do coaching work which is great in a whole different way but this was just a really fun experience.
