I need help--for a fun one!

I'm finishing a birth sampler for my grandsons--Ollie, age 3 & Silas, 8 months. It's not a typical one with bunnies & teddy bears, but something called blackwork with designs, swirls & curlicues. It was fun to do & neat to look at.
I left space in the middle for some words of wisdom. I'm thinking along the lines of Be Yourself, Be Kind of Heart, Smile & laugh every day, Don't forget please & thank you. Just little tidbits that help make life a little better...
Any ideas? You guys are very kind of heart & I know you'll come up with some good ones. Thanks. P.

Besides think how easy it will be to stitch only 3 or 7 letters instead of a whole phrase. :)
