Okay, what is UP today...?
I don't know what phase the moon is in, and the 'moon in Libra' horoscope bit is just to nicey nice to help...I feel ROLLED!

Just once, I'd like for my personal/spiritual process to NOT take the long road through my physical body!!! ACK! I am not going to list all my issues, because I don't want to give them any more strength. Drinking some Traditional Medicinal tea, and trying to keep plugging away...but it feels SOOOOOO freaking HEAVY!!!!

anyone else feeling whomped right now? or am I just a freak?

blech!
and tonight is 'back to school' meet the teachers...gotta pull it together before then!

is very difficult today. I took a nap too and feel even worse.
Did I mention my sister's ghost that's a bit worrisome? Ugh! Her 13year old has been complaining for about 2years and she thought the kid was just being a big baby, not wanting to sleep alone occassionally. Then she had 3 distinct encounters with it yesterday - on her birthday. Just poltergeisty stuff and a sighting - some tall guy. She's not worried about it but it sure is bothering me!

9. Cold-type symptoms
YES--for a couple of days. Tuesday morning MG Jr. and I both slept WAY late (thank goodness school started the NEXT day!) and we were both in a deep fog all day. I felt like I was coming down with a cold yesterday, but this morning it was gone. The kid went through the same thing--drippy nose etc. this morning, but it was gone by midday.
:wtf:

Been quite teary today--not sure why. I cried twice while reading a NOVEL, fer chrissakes. Once at the death of the main character's dog, and once just feeling sorry for myself. Sheeeeeesh.

We've had the coolest summer since 1933, just beautiful idyllic summer weather. Then yesterday, it seems like autumn flowing into winter struck and I've been so cold.

8. Toward the within.
The cleansing is intended to produce completely karma-free creatures who are capable of manifesting/existing by resonance...extremely powerful creators. We are facing deep dingus, from within.

It is an opportunity, as we may recognize our issues through what we (ever more quickly) manifest. "No, don't want that..." etc. Imagine having instant manifestation ability and having the fleeting thought "I'm fat" or "no one likes me" etc. We must move into Mastery.

Surrender and ask the highest angels for help. The great meditation, slight attention on the out-breath through the nose, is on the inhale, "Let God", and on the exhale, "Let go".

I'm holding on to drama and Stuff. Here's hoping your path eases up

so I'm going to try your breathing techniques. I am calling all of my Angels in to help me to "let go and let God"!!! May I have your supportive prayers too? I'm having some scary stuff done to me next Tuesday, and my Dr. refuses to give me something for panic attacks in the meantime.(unless I come in to the office of course) He knows I can't.

P.S. I had my visiting nurse called him from my home to suggest it.(some type of anti depressent that contains Seratonin) She had taken my vitals, and even suggested it. His office called me back after she had gone to refuse unless I could come in. I'm talking to my Social worker tomorrow to be the advocate for me that she is supposed to be and help me find a new Primary care Dr.

Heavy is a good way to describe it. Heavy but at the same time floaty.

I thought it was just the change in weather; we had big drop in barometric pressure and a much cooler day.
So maybe it is something astrological and more widespread than I thought.

15. Sorry so many people are not feeling well today.
Besides my eyes bothering me for the last couple of days (autumn allergies, I assume), I've felt OK.

I even had something rather nice happen. I came home from work today, and my husband told me that he "was told" in a meditation that he should treat me more nicely. :D I love the Universe!

Light and love to all who need it. May these things pass quickly and easily, for the highest good of all concerned.

25. FRIDAY - update
Edited on Fri Sep-10-10 01:15 PM by FirstLight
yes, i am 'sick' and yes, i slept a bit off last night and am still dealing with all the STUFF of this past summer.
wanted to share a momentary glimpse though, because I think if I can allow myself to step into THIS space, acknowledging the LOVE, I may just get to manifest residing here ....for more than a glimmer

I read something earlier this morning: (courtesy of Proud-Lefty )

"During the final life review, the most shocking thing for baby souls,
is discovering how much love they were ALWAYS bathed in... that they failed to feel.
For young souls, it's discovering how much love they were ALWAYS bathed in... that they failed to feel.

And for old souls, it's discovering how much love they were ALWAYS bathed in... that they failed to feel."
~
wow, really powerful stuff...breathe THAT in willya?

After *just* returning to healing circles and meditation classes after my 'summer of numb' I had this same epiphany while sitting in the healing energies this week and feeling the gold light all around me and infilling my cells.

It *is* always there.

Great Spirit, the Healing angels and helping guides and even my OWN higher vibration self, always there.
no guilt about my taking time to look away from the glare of the LOVE for some time, nothing to say about my induced blindness and deafness

Just LOVE
Always There

all I had to do was sit still, breathe ....and reach out.

ahhhh...Love is good. :)

26. Yes.
I'm feeling this more and more every day. We're being absolutely bombarded with love and light. It's so amazing.

Oh, and the Universe is ecstatic when we do even the smallest thing to increase the light that is in the world. Our smallest efforts to do this are like the yeast that is added to bread dough. It's an essential ingredient to get to where the world needs to go.

It's so easy and simple: Just do our best to live love. Do the best that we can. If we fall down, get back up and keep loving everyone you see. It doesn't just benefit them; it benefits us immeasurably as well. (Oh, and believe me, I fall down a lot!)

:loveya: <---- Especially to the lurkers who visit here! :)

Same here--I was running errands today and at the same time was worried that MG Jr. was going to have to be picked up early from school (he was a little ooky this morning). But as I was driving home, not really thinking about much and slipping into alpha, all of a sudden !!WHAM!!--I got "that feeling"--the overwhelming sense of being so very deeply loved.

I love it when that happens--always a nice gently "ahem" of a reminder. In case we forget...which we do. :)

Or bathed in cat love  I didn't know that my husband let in our neighbor's cat the night before. He is such a loving boy and visits throughout the day almost every day. He was out in the middle of the night when my husband came home from work and he rushed in with him, straight to the bedroom and cuddled right next to me while I slept. Since the kitten/cat has been visiting all summer with no signs of allergy, he left the boy alone. I guess with the sudden drop in temperature and constant adjustments sleeping in the cold, I must have been flinging cat hairs all over myself.

I wish the boy was mine. I guess he knows the feeling is mutual :)

I've got to tell you. I was in France way back when, staying with a friend of mine and her husband in the countryside. They had about 10 cats that just hung out all over the place. They were usually gone all day long and came back at dusk. My friends had this very small cottage that I stayed in on their property. About my 2nd or 3rd morning, I woke up to find All Of Those Cats like in a semicircle a few feet facing the door - spooky. Then I looked down and there were 2 dead mice on the doormat. I screamed bloody murder! I thought they hated me but my friends had a good time laughing saying they were showing their affection.

Whew! I'd suffer through allergies of love any day

33. I can't believe I didn't see this yesterday
I've been feeling horrible this week. There's definitely something in the air. A lot of people are sick which could have something to do with the drastic change in temperatures. My body gave out before the week was over. Came home early from work today and went right to bed. Getting lots of rest is all I have planned for the weekend.

It's also been hard to feel balanced this week. I've felt extremely off balance about the potential q'ran burning this weekend. The hate seems to be accelerating. I had the same feeling of horror and dread when we went to war against Iraq. It took a long time to get balanced again. Too many people in this country are just plain crazy and dangerous to the world.

34. I had a really weird dream last night...
Two lions were pulling a large, arrogant white man, a cute little girl and a cute dog down a steep mountain. Then all 3 decided to ride on the lions backs. I was really offended that such a large man would attempt to ride the lions. Then I heard someone say with disdain, 'JP Morgan Chase'. It was a weird dream, perhaps of events that have already passed, but...why? I'd rather have the dreams my best friend has been having lately - wild sex with washed out rock stars, LOL.

the 'washed out' rock and roller is Gene Simmons. The thing is, she's my age and apparently her sex drive crashed a few years ago. I think it means something else. She's a rather intuitive and enlightened person. Thanks for commenting, though. I just read through the entire thread and realized how wildly out of place my comment was. How embarrassing.
