What does it mean when you find a hummingbird's nest?

I find it such a fantastic find. I mean, how often does something like that happen in one's life?

1. Something magical is my guess

About four years I remember lifting up the shade to the window that faced my back yard; the cat was with me, wanting to look out on his territory. As soon as we lifted the shade, we saw a hummingbird flapping right outside the window looking in.
It truly felt very special. (Maybe the cat thought it felt delicious.)
The other day I was cleaning out old journals and saw that I had recorded that event and its date. It was just before I started clicking into my spirituality.
In hindsight, I wonder whether it was more of an omen than just the joyful sight I originally took it for.

Your finding this nest is also an omen, I believe. I don't know of what but I think it is very special.

That's a gift for sure from that little totem...and if you have any stuff surrounding home or family stuff or even just feeling secure...it would make sense that this is an indication you are 'contained' just fine by the Universe!
