be from clenching your jaws at night?
I had many of the symptoms listed on the linked web page, including head/neck/shoulder pain, blurry eye tics, and symptoms that were similar to sinusitis even though I use a neti pot frequently. I just had an excellent check up with my eye doctor, though I did mention the eye tics and other aches, he said my eyes were in good shape and he could see nothing that should be causing the symptoms. He said that allergies could be the cause
I recently started using a mouth guard that I bought at the drugstore in the area where they sell dental floss. It's very small and unobtrusive, very comfortable at night, and cost about $30.00 for a 2-pack. I also made a neckroll with a tightly-rolled bath towel using broccoli rubber bands to secure the ends. I put this under the edge of my pillow to keep my neck supported throughout the night. All of this has started to lessen the symptoms that I mentioned above.
Of course, if you are having serious pain or other symptoms, you should consult your doctor or health care provider.http://www.healthcentral.com/chronic-pain/tmj-38544-5.html
