Strange happenings with things breaking/then repairing them-

Car turn signals quit working. Checked fuses with man from auto store. They are ok. Son-in-law checked EVERY fuse..all ok.
Made an appt to have then checked out by local car fixit place. Couldn't get in to him for 9 days. Had to cancel....they started working.

New refrig less than yr old - ice make quit working right after Christmas. Have someone coming out tomorrow. I have to cancel. It works.

Car having troubles - now we cannot detect it nor duplicate it.

Husband's computer would not work - seems to have a mind of its own. Talked to our computer help desk. helped me with it, now a red X appears at the bottom of the screen saying I am not connected, however I am writing this note and transceiving like normal.

I'm not complaining...I just wondered if this has a name. I need some of it for my health. A constant tooth ache (another appt Wed.)and I have to talk to myself regularly to avoid letting the panic attacks overcome me.

I have a grandson that makes anything electronic go haywire just touching it! Remote controllers, computers, watches, even lightbulbs just go boinkers at his touch ... I have learned to limit his contact w/my computer (got him his own Mac - he can mess that one up, LOL!) & he's not allowed to touch the TV remote! I got tired of tracking down & buying replacements - buggers are expensive! The comp I can generally fix myself, but it's a pain in the arse!

9. I'm certainly not an Indigo child, but

I can feel electricity shooting down my arms and out my fingers when I have to deal with minutia. (Does your grandson have a heavy Aquarian or Uranian influence in his chart? I attribute my sensitivity to electricity to being a double Aquarian and my difficulty with detail to just one earth planet, Neptune in Virgo.) My husband's avocation was pottery; one day, with electricity shooting out of my fingers, I walked past a row of casseroles and was maybe 12 inches from one when it exploded. It obviously had a flaw, and it's good that we found out before we sold it, but....

BTW, I can't wear a wind-up watch, although one will work after we de-gloss it (think that's the word) or after it sits in a jewelry box six months or so. In our early computing days, I had the same problem with a computer mouse; now, however, have no trouble with an optical mouse.

What a releif to see your post. Things I can't afford to fix are just zapping out: A guitar amp, my shredder, the car's windshield wipers. Hopefully our stuff will repair itself the way yours did! (Honestly I think the shredder just needs to be cleared and greased).

PS: with the red X at the bottom of your screen, sounds like your computer has both wireless and wired ethernet cards. One is off, the other is on and connected. The icon for the disconnected method is complaining, that's all. If you need more help PM me.

PPS: We've been zapped on, too. Earlier this year (when Earth was passing through solar storms, by the way) our phone system spontaneously rewired itself. I had rigged a dysfunctional phone system (both landline and VOIP) that stopped working one day in my s/o's office. Half the morning later we found a combination of wires that worked, that really shouldn't have! The winning combo was much simpler than my own attempt, but it didn't work before, with the same equipment! Amazing stuff, like my house healed itself. We were thankful and left it alone.

I think it was related to her passing, I never had anything like that before or since.
