Mercury retrograde and apartment hunting |
|
Hi All
I need your expert advice. I plan to find a new apartment in the next few months but Mercury goes retro on March 6th. I do tend to be affected at these times and I'm wondering if I should just wait (I don't have a deadline so I do have time) or just look during this time and wait to sign the lease till it goes back direct.
Thank :hi:

1. Personally, I would look when I need to, retrograde Mercury or not |
|
However, I would very carefully check the lease to make sure everything is right, especially if you have to sign it during a void of course Moon.

2. More significantly to rentals |
|
Saturn goes direct on April 5th. That is far more weighty.
Bare in mind Mercury is retro 20% of the time, is vastly over rated, and contracts signed under it's influence can always be renogotiated. Biggest problems with Mercury retro are over scheduling, purchasing electronics, and repairs of those and mechanicals. IMHO
If you find something prior to then see if you can sign a temporary lease until then.

and often the home and judges and landlords and bosses and cops and contracts and stuff.
Though things signed under Mercury retro often require renogotiation it's not nearly as significant as Saturn when it comes to rental agreements. IMHO

...revisit, reconnect. Mercury retro can be a good time to reestablish old connections. Possibly there is some place from your past where you'd be interested in looking? :)

I'm hardly an "expert", but imo, you should definitely look, and if you DO find something between now and the 25th, be sure to check over all the details, before signing. Mercury retro simply means being more attentive to that sort of stuff. Good things can happen even during Mercury retro. :)
I've also heard that if one has Mercury retro in their natal chart, then the transiting Mercury retros don't effect one as much.
