I was going through some major stuff earlier. At some point, I recognized dozens of people in one day from my past lives. It was all just getting too intense and surreal. Well it turns out that I had issues from several of my past lives that I had to deal with. My higher self was just taking it all in until it found the right people to forgive for past grievances. I've stopped being so sensitive to it now.

Thank you to everyone who helped me through this tough period. I've said this before and I'll say it again, but God bless you and I hope to return the favor whenever you need me.

4. Thank you...and a word of advice...

If you're ever dealing with past life trauma, go towards the light. Things got much easier when I EMBRACED the fear and moved on past the trauma into the light/love of God. Embrace the fear and trust that your true self knows how to process it.

That's all trauma really is, something that you haven't let go of yet that you don't need anymore.

5. Your advice works well with present life trauma too, oxbow.....

I didn't start to heal my panic disorder until I stopped fighting/hating/denying it and accepted it as essentially non-threatening and useless to me.
In other words, I welcomed it in and it stopped visiting. :evilgrin:

7. Two other things that have helped me through this

besides all you guys' love and support of course ;)

1) The realization that not all challenges have to be challenging. There is often an easy way through things if we give it up to God and allow the path of least resistance to manifest.

2) Vibrational sprays from Paula Muran, a great medical intuitive I know. I've used a half dozen of them through this whole ordeal, and they have made a world of difference. Especially her clearing fear and clearing confusion sprays. I got a bottle of the surrender spray in the mail today and it is WONDERFUL stuff! You can check em out here:
