housing, buying, selling or relocating - saturn and mecury retro
where is it you want to move to? Is it good time to move now?
how about buying?
Where can one buy a nice home for under 100,000 in a nice safe neighborhood and find jobs that pay 40,000

How do we get astrology to work for us in buying or selling? How can we plan? Is it based on how birth chart, the seller birth chart or the outer planets that are affecting the whole planet?

I have heard for over a year how this is not the time to buy - yet I looked at a Manufactured Home in a nice 55+ community with a 9 hole golf course - the person bought it in april 2002 for 45,000 and now has it listed for 89,900 and there are others in this community at the same price - 5-6 have sold since Sept for 75,000 to 107,000 and range in sq ft from 1000 to 1600 - These are MHC -

The profit for just the one 2002 45,000 to now 89,900 is huge -
Saturn was suppose to kill the housing market - instead it seems to have been doubling the prices since 2002 -

Mercury has been retrograde four times this year - yet others are making money hand over fist - and they are republicans - the lady said the only thing she didn't like about this area, Davenport Fla is should couldn't get Fox News - Another that I looked at had the Marriage bumper sticker - they are everywhere - I don't want to help republicans make money either

so how do I use astrology to help when it seems all the predictions have been incorrect -

You can still find condos for under $100,000 in Florida and in Northern lorida homes for not much more than $100,000 and even less -
but if you expect to find jobs for $40,000 here where they pay $7 and $8 an hour - unless you are in some very specialized field or a teacher - you can forget that.

Ahem. Not a good way to influence people and make friends. All the predictions have not been incorrect.

When the dollar has been devalued by more than 40%, when the debt is the highest it's ever been, when our laws and constitution are being shredded, when the countries are pulling out of the American stock market and the country is on the verge of a major bankruptcy - none of
the predictions have beeen in error.

This administration of the forked tongue, is very clever in pushing
privatizing social security to have people invest their savings funds in Wall Street...his hope is that as and when the foreigners dump American stocks and the dollar which is already happening, dumb Americans putting their retirement savings in the market will help hold up Wall Street and the economy. Do you think it matters to him that the average American will lose everything and be out on the street selling apples, if they can find any, like 1929? Does he care
that he's sending American kids to Iraq for cannon fodder to secure oil for private oil companies?

I suggest you read the thread on Pluto completely to see what is expected and what is happening to the economy in this country. Within a short time we are on the verge of a major meltdown.

To move to a warmer climate is wise. To buy real estate at its height is not.

There will not only be a fall back but many foreclosures;since so many many people have been laid off, or their jobs outsourced.
Foreclosures might be a good place to start looking.

And stop bashing astrologers as "all the predictions have been incorrect". Not a true statement, and you're unlikely to get any help from them with that attitude, sweety.

2. my post was one of questions
I was asking questions not bashing and am sorry you chose to interpret my post that way

What I have read and seen is people saying with saturn in cancer the housing market would suffer - instead I have seen prices soaring??? My questions stem from that

3. Foreclosure rate 'scary'

Foreclosure rate 'scary'
Through October, metro area running 28.4% ahead of 2003

By John Rebchook, Rocky Mountain News
November 10, 2004

Almost 10,000 metro-area real estate foreclosures have been filed in the first 10 months of this year, eclipsing last year's tally.

And only a technicality prevented that number from exceeding 10,000. That's because at least two counties - Denver and Arapahoe - decided not to hold foreclosure sales during the week before Christmas...cont'd

Have you been reading the Economy forum in the Politics and Issues area of DU? Plenty of bad news there.

It could be the time to buy if you are ready. Foreclosed homes might be the best place to start. Then as things worsen the larger market sales will likely become a lot more affordable...especially so in areas where the prices had been heavily over-inflated.

4. thanks didn't know we had a economy forum - will add to my list
it seems the news is in hidden, underworld places while the top icing looks good - but many are walking away with huge profits in the housing markets right now

selling and taking profit by selling a northeast home and moving south and paying cash for a home - but it is driving up the prices in the south because they have the money to buy more

I saw this happen in the 80's seems it was middle 80's northerns came south and had to buy a big house or pay capital gains so it drove prices up -
