Yuck (Rick Levine's Taurus horoscope for tomorrow). |
|
"You can sense that a storm is on the way and there's nothing you can do to stop it. In fact, if you can get past your own fear of change, this one can be quite exciting as you learn something new about yourself, which in turn can impact your relationships with your friends. Don't worry about what others think. Instead stay focused on your own integrity and growth."
Egh. This is so how I feel. Haven't I suffered enough, dang it? :-) Kidding. I just thought I was done with the climactic growth and change for a while.

Like, say, woodsprite (still thinking lots of good thoughts for our woodsprite).
I'm just...hating that I have to deal with more upheaval, disrespect and other shit from the world that you would think I would deserve to--nevermind. My FreeWillAstrology 'scope was a little more optimistic. Lessee, where did I put that...?
"I once knew a psychic who worked with people in comas. He contacted their spirits, which were wandering in limbo between this world and the next, and tried to convince them to either fully return to their bodies or else let their bodies die and formally exit to the other side. The task you now face is nowhere as dramatically life-and-death as that, Taurus, but it's comparable in a sense: Being neither here nor there is a futile state that you shouldn't continue to accept. Do what's necessary to make the knotty choice with as much grace as possible."

4. Have you considered this? |
|
www.stariq.com has something called Planet Forecast. If you sign up they will email you when you have an exact transit (the emails arrive several days in advance). The personalized info can be more helpful than the generalized comments of horoscope columns (but there are a few I read on a weekly or monthly basis too).

5. I'm with ya' fellow Taurus |
|
My natural sense of comfort has been hideously disrupted by events of late, and I'm pretty offended. My astrologer says "growth is good!" and my teacher says "dance in the chaos!". I just say "give me back my comfy chair..."
I feel like I'm suspended by a thin filament over a churning, storm-tossed ocean. There must be land there somewhere, but I sure don't see it. We Tauri, we'll party when the long storm passes. It won't be gone for us 'til 2007, sad to say, but the really bad waves will subside by September of 06.

the bad waves won't let up until 2007? Are you trying to scare the crap out of me? I'm a Taurus Rising and my husband is a Taurus Moon. Please, please explain what's going on with Taurus or could you direct me to where I can find out more. I been feeling way too anxious to even consider that this will continue.

I'm just sympathizing! I'm not an astrologer, I'm only repeating what mine told me: for those of us with Sun in Taurus, it's going to be a transformative two years. I'm not an astrologer so can't tell you what you Taurus rising or Taurus Moon folks are going through. I have learned, though, that it's very unlikely that Taurus rising or Moon folks are having the same experiences as the Taurus Sun folks. I imagine you're going through a different kind of cycle.

7. Yeah, and then in '07, I get to start enjoying my Saturn return! |

In Virgo! That's going to be AWESOME, I can tell.

it is huge fun. Picture your life on a tray, and the whole thing turned upside down. The odd thing: I'm really glad it's turned upside down. It looks GOOD that way. Finances in total disarray, career dead, can't pay children's tuition, haven't a clue what to do next. But, in some moments, it's kind of fun looking at those wide, open spaces! I hope you return provides you with these moments of levity while your life expires around you!! Eh, I'm just joking with you....

maybe my Saturn return can...stomp on the ashes? I don't know. We'll see. I'm told it could have some reformative potential.

13. I've found you have to REALLY expire something, truly kill it |
|
before you can move on without it. The substance of that thing becomes raw material during the deconstruction, so you can build something new in the "construction" phase. Sucks, I know, I really do know. But, after all that pain, fire and absolute dreck, it's like holding the raw material of existence in your hand. Looks amazing like sh*t, it's true, but there you are with the raw material of existence in your hand. Don't be like me, a deer in the headlights, with no clue about what you want to make of that raw material. Start thinkin' now....

15. Hee. That's a good analogy for a Taurus in travail: a deer in headlights |

My problem is that I'm able to recognize the periodic deer-in-headlights reactions I have to trauma, and the need to plan for the future personal destruction I'm about to endure. And I've been thinking, I'm just not getting anywhere in those attempts to prepare. There are some things so disruptive, it's not possible to prepare for them no matter how much thinking you do, in my opinion. However, I've decided that I'm really, really enthused about the kinds of opportunities that may be coming my way as the result of the pain I have endured this week alone--all I can say is that at least they might be exciting, as certain forecasts have suggested. And, long-term, I may be in a better place emotionally and financially, just as you may be. If it helps, you can be on my meditation list for later--which focuses on money and prosperity tonight.

on the bright side, according to astrologers, most billionaires are Virgos. My logic is probably convuluted, but look on the gold side, 2007 could be the IT year for finances which could make the Saturn Return interesting.

14. I'm not a Virgo. I have Saturn in Virgo in the tenth. |
|
I used to think it was in the 11th, but apparently it's in the 10th. Astrologers have told me that this does not bode well for being either wealthy, rich, or famous. Here's a fun comment from one of them: "With Saturn in the 10th, you're not going to be a rock star." Heh. And I wouldn't get your hopes up about prosperity for anyone in or after 2007--economically, things are looking pretty grim, even for those of us lucky enough to have had the opportunity to pursue higher education and some credentialing.
I doubt that the return will do anything other than suck, probably claiming the lives of one or both of my parents, who are in equally ill health at this time. Hopefully, I will not have to deal with more health problems of my own at that point. I'm really just hoping that after the pain has receded, my life is a bit better organized, more fulfilling and more self-respecting than it is at the moment.

16. Well, just dayum! Everyone in my house is a Taurus ... |
|
should be interesting time ahead, eh?
We're all spinning our little wheels & going in circles - buncha dang headless chickens! Nobody can figure out which direction they want to go in, they just wanna GO! Right here, right now!
On the plus side, we're laughing ... alot. When you step back & watch the show, it is just so nuts it gets the lot of us going. Even if we have to keep pointing it out to each other! The last 10-15 years have done nothing if not teach this lot to be flexible - not an easy trick for 3 Bulls under one roof!
Oh, & the 27 yr old daughter seems to have found her soulmate - that's pretty much due to the confusion of late. She finally threw her hands in the air & gave up trying to always be in control ... & shortly thereafter figuratively tripped over him!
Change is often a good thing. Letting go of the reins can, sometimes, be a good thing. (I'm still hedging on that one! LOL!)

I confess--I've had a hard time getting along with other Taureans over the years. You're right, we're hella stubborn. During this hectic time, it must be HELL for all of you, trying to live together.
